Returns Policy:

Unopened, unused items can be returned, at customer expense, within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20%.  Restock charge can be waived with a dollar for dollar replacement order at the time of requested return. We will not accept returns of special ordered and custom made items. DF Countryman will pay shipping costs for items shipped in error or ruled defective.

Refunds will be processed within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, call us at 612-724-4400 and request an RMA. All returns must ship with an RMA number.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped FOB origin with the freight charges added to the sales invoice, unless otherwise specified by the customer by providing a freight account to bill the charge to or negotiated in the sales process. 

For online orders, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. For online purchasing only, we offer free ground delivery on orders over $500.00 to the continental US only.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Orders:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products based on our reseller agreements with our partners. Consequently, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please call for more details.

Our payment policy for international shipments is prepaid wire transfer only. We do not accept credit or debit cards for orders shipping overseas.

Answer: Yes! We now have a list of items that are available for online purchases. These items are stocked subject to prior sales. All online orders over $500.00 are shipped free freight.

Answer: Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
