Can pull multiple cables easily and safely prior to lashing. Cable attach to quick-connect links and pulling eyes that swivel during pulling to avoid tangles and 0possible cable damage. A spring-loaded strand brake holds the unit in place when pulling is stopped and tension is reduce. The brake releases when tension is increased and pulling is resumed.
