CE596-Provides excellent moisture and corrosion protection for both buried and aerial splice applications. The single piece, clam shell design, requires no extra tools for installaion. An added design feature is that the closure is both re-enterable and re-usable. The tough outer shell provides mechanical protection. The patented gel compound in the closure is waterproof and does not allow water to penetrate to the splice.
