CHP Max5000 Chassis - Fits into a 19" or 23" rack with an optional bracket kit. Holds 10 single-width application modules. Each chassis requires one power supply module and accepts a second for backup. Modules slide in the chassis from the front and all RF and optical connections are at the rear. Provides a wide operational temperature range for maximum reliability

CHP Max5000 Power Supply-CHP-PS/AC1 - Accepts AC input from 85 to 264Vac and provides DC voltages to drive application modules. Each chassis accepts a second backup AC power supply. Power supplies are fully isolated, which eliminates a single point of power failure.

CHP Max5000 Power Supply-CHP-PS/DC1 - Accepts DC input from -72 to -36 Vdc and produces 246 W to power a fully loaded chassis of applications modules. Each chassis accepts a second backup DC power supply for load sharing and redundancy.  These power supplies are fully isolated, which eliminates a single point of power failure

CHP Max5000 Management Modules - The Craft Management Module (CMM) offers local monitoring and configuration along with a PC compatible graphical user interface (GUI). The System Management Module (SMM) offers all the functionality of the CMM plus remote management using SNMP with HMS-compliant MIBs through the Ethernet interface for use with an external element manager.

CHP Max5000 externally modulated transmitter-CHP-XMOD(862Mhz) & GMOD (1 Ghz)  offer scalable long distance optical solutions.  These dual output 1550nm transmitters are designed for use with CHP EDFA series modules, simplifying applications by providing low noise, integrated element management capability, reduced rack space and power requirements at geographical reach distances of up to 100km.

CHP Max5000 EDFA-CHP-EDFA- offer a scalable optical amplification solution.  The EDFA series is designed for use with the CHP-XMOD 1550nm transmitters, simplifying applications by providing low noise, integrated element management capability, reduced rack space and power requirements.

CHP Max5000-1GHz Forward Path Transmitters - Enable broadband service providers to increase forward capacity for HDTV over previous program offerings. Dual-input, variable-output and hot-swappable. Low profile footprint allows 200 transmitters in a standard rack.

CHP Max5000 Dual Return Path Receivers CHP-2RRX-S - Are an integral part of return path system applications and are available as either a standard or redundant module.  Advanced two-way services such as VOD, high speed internet access and telephony require superior return path delivery capacity and performance.  The CHP-2RRX-S offer high RF output and high efficiency optical performance for excellent carrier-to-noise performance.

CHP Max5000 1GHz Redundant Forward Receivers-CHP-GFRX-S are designed to accept an optical forward path signal from a CHP Forward Path Transmitter, which converges headend, hub and digital transport onto one 2RU scalable system allowing service providers to accelerate deployment of advanced services. 

CHP Max5000 1GHz 3-Input Forward Path RF Amplifier-CHP-GAMP3 is a hot-swappable module that can be used as a key system component in a headend or hub to provide RF signal amplifications and narrowcast layering. The innovative 3 RF inputs, 1 broadcast and 2 narrowcast, support layered services such as VOD, SDV, and HSD.  This amplifier is designed to provide system operator a low cost way to overcome network losses with minimal degradation to system performance, cased by combining and splitting networks that are typically found in HFC headends and hubs.

CHP-RTX3-10-S(1310nm) & CHP-RTX5-10-S-xx(1550nm) are dual input return path transmitters.  These are an integral part of return path systems.  Advanced two-way services, like high speed internet and telephony requite superior return path delivery capacity and performance.

 

OS1000 is a 4 rack unit optical organization shelf.  The OS1000 can be mounted in both 19" and 23" telecommunications bays.  I accepts 12 single-width coupler cards, 12 WDM modules or 12 patch panel plates w/6 connectors.

WDM are passive optical products that enable simultaneous transmission of two wavelengths in the 1310 nm region, the 1550nm region and the CWDM region(1460-1620nm) with options available for 20 db or 40 db of optical isolation between the two wavelength ports.

Diamond Line ll-Bridger Amplifiers - Nodules typically achieve 65dB hum modulation while continuously passing 15 amps. Plug-in equalizers and attenuators come with guides that simplify installation and plastic covers that protect components. Design offers excellent return-path performance.

FlexMax320-Line Extenders - GaAs technology. 9-and 7LH housing compatibility. Plug-in diplex filters. High current-passing capability. Field accessible plug-in equalizers and attenuators. Directional coupler output testpoint isolates forward output signal.

FlexMax331-1GHz Line Extenders - Upgrades C-Cor legacy 750MHz E700 series and 870MHz Flex Max330 series line extenders to 1GHZ.

FlexMax901e-Trunk Amplifiers - Enable broadband service providers to increase forward capacity for HDTV over previous program offerings, allowing typically 40% increase over current HDTV channels in a lineup. Gallium Arsenide technology. Supports major EMS protocols. Optional 3 position return switches for ingress troubleshooting.

OptiMax3100-1GHz 2 X 2 Segmentable Node - Full 2 X 2 forward and return segmentation capability. 1310nm and 1550nm transmitters. Future 85/105MHz architecture support. Accepts legacy 9-A series and Amini short PADs. Accepts GEQL-1GHz series equalizers

 OptiMax4100-1GHz Segmentable Node - Full 4 X 4 forward and return segmentation capability. Supports future 85/105MHz architecture. 1310nm and 1550nm transmitters. Analog and digital CWDM return path options. Major EMS protocol support. Advanced fiber management.
