Transparent to the subscriber, broadband negative traps operate by removing the video carrier of the pay channel, effectively eliminating the pay service to unauthorized households.

DDR Band Reject Filters - Used as a low cost, friendly method of providing segmented levels of service. they feature low insertion loss to both pass bands but with high attenuation with in the rejected frequency spectrum.

MLP Mini Low-pass filters - An ideal way to segment the frequency spectrum. They exhibit low insertion loss to the pass band and high attenuation to the stop band.

AHP high-pass filters reject the low-frequency spectrum but have minimal insertion loss at frequencies above the cut-off. These filters are used to eliminate or restrict access to sub-band return frequencies. Many versions are available for different frequency splits and different television standards.
